By becoming a KIM Card holder, you accept the Terms and Conditions.
Discounts available by each participating business cannot be combined with any other offer. Some establishments may require advance reservations or bookings. It is the responsibility of the KIM Card holder to contact the participating business directly requesting availability and confirm the rate of discount.

If a business does not honor their stated discount then it is your responsibility to first report it to the company manager and if no resolution is met you must contact KIM Card who will investigate. Any company not honouring their stated discount will be removed from the scheme. Participating businesses will be listed on the website. It is your responsibility to check the site for current participating businesses and any changes to the site.

Business
By requesting to be a participating business does not give you the right to have an entry on our website included automatically. KIM Card will make their own checks that businesses who wish to join are genuine and established and meet our criteria. However, businesses are under a duty to give accurate information in order to be included and if there are any changes the business concerned has the responsibility and agrees to inform KIM Card so that the website can be updated.

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse anyone from becoming a member. Once the participating company agrees to join the KIM Discount Card Scheme, the discount they offer cannot be downgraded i.e. offer cannot be reduced, but we will accept upgrades i.e. increase the discount offered.

If a complaint is received from any KIM Card holder in any form that the participating member has failed to honour the discount which is specified, then KIM Card will investigate the matter and if necessary we reserve the right to have the details of the member concerned removed from our scheme and off the website without any notice.

The KIM Discount Card Scheme is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We undertake to keep all your personal information confidential and will never sell, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

All details are kept on the KIM Card database. The information will only be used for:
a) adding you to the KIM Card mailing list and/or
b) sending you promotional material or updates from time to time regarding the KIM Card and our associated companies.

We will never pass on your contact details to other members registered with us without your express permission.

KIM Card reserves the right to make any changes to the KIM Card website whenever necessary and without notice in order to improve the services to holders of the KIM Card. The KIM Discount Card Scheme reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
